Although I was still only, officially, doing 15 minutes each day, (so only needing to
schedule a tiny 15 minute portion of my day), I was getting in many more minutes
on automatic pilot, without it
costing
me any time at all.
Perhaps on some days, I might spend a total of an hour or two working on my
sight, but because I didn’t have to set aside the time, I never had a resistance to
doing it.
If you’d told me upfront to sit down for an hour a day, I doubt I would ever have got
started. The thought of doing a whole hour would have
prevented me doing even
5 minutes
! Can you relate to that?
That’s why this is such a great system – EVERYONE can spare 15 minutes. And
those 15 minutes, over time, begin to train you more and more into the habits of
eye correction, which will stay with you for a lifetime.
Once you get your vision back, you can even drop the 15 minute schedule, and
you’ll still do the exercises as habit, whenever the opportunities show themselves
throughout your normal day.
Actually, natural vision correction isn’t really about doing a few
minutes of scheduled exercises and spending the rest of the day
doing things to damage your eyes. It’s about learning a new way to use your eyes,
which will keep them in great shape for the rest of your life – and consequently,
give you far better than ‘average’ vision.
