inch diameter circle. (You don’t need to get a ruler out, just use your best guess).
Again, do it both clockwise and then counter-clockwise
Notes:
Breathe deeply and naturally and try not to blink. Try to see the letter as clearly as
possible but don’t strain your eyes.
Hold the card twelve inches (30cm) in front of your eyes.
